  1. I'm rooting for you! Have you tried the website "sparkpeople"? You can put everything you eat into the nutrition section and it will tell you how many fat, carbs, proteins and calories that you had for the day. It also tells you how many calories, carbs, fat and protein you need for the day based on your height and weight.

    Keep chipping away, and you'll reach your goal. Good luck!
